Texts from Mementag™
Mementag makes a short video and a page from the photos you take at an event. If you choose, we text you the link.
The text you receive
Mementag: Your RE+ 26 video is ready. Watch and share: https://mementag.app/t/Ab3dE9xYz2Qk Msg&data rates may apply. STOP to opt out, HELP for help
How you opt in
On the event page, after your first photo, the screen asks where to send your Mementag. Choose Text, type your own mobile number, tick the box and tap Send it to me. The box starts unticked, and giving a number is optional: you can choose email instead, or skip.
The box’s label says what you are agreeing to: one text with your link, message and data rates, and how to stop or get help, with links to these terms and our privacy page.
What we send
One text when your video is ready, with the private link to your page. We text again only if you ask event staff to resend your link. No promotional texts.
Texts come from (833) 567-1785, our toll-free number.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, from your mobile carrier. Mementag charges nothing.
Stop and help
Reply STOP to stop texts from us; reply START to receive them again. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@mementag.app.
Texts go to US and Canada mobile numbers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number, your consent to receive texts, or any text-message opt-in data with anyone for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties; the only company that handles your number is the text-message provider that delivers the message for us.
Delete Everything on your page removes your number with the rest of your page. The privacy page has the details.
