Mementag turns your day into a video memento and a personal page
Your photos, your route, your story, as a video for today and a page that collects the highlights of your day. You make a Mementag in a few minutes. As for tracking: views, taps and shares are reported to the host and sponsors as totals, never with your name, email or photos.
Running an event, want more engagement at a location or to drive exploration at a destination? Mementag sets up in days, needs no app, and works on any phone.
The Mementag story
Mementag started with a simple question: why is it so hard to share a great day at a trade show?
We're Fred and Greg, friends since 8th grade. Over our careers, we've attended countless events and built businesses around great customer experiences and the power of storytelling. So we dug in: we talked with attendees and exhibitors, prototyped, and refined to make sharing your day feel effortless.
We hope this personalized memento makes you smile, captures the highlights of your days with the RE+ community, and makes it easy to share them.
Try it, share your Mementag, and tell us what you think!
Thanks,
Fred and Greg (the Mementag guys)
Questions
What is Mementag?
Mementag turns your day into a video memento and a personal page. Signs around the venue mark the spots: scan one, take a photo, and it lands on your page. Mementag turns your photos into a shareable video with the event's name and the places you visited. No app and no account.
How does Mementag work?
Each spot has a sign with a QR code. Scanning it opens the camera in your phone's browser, you take a photo, and the spot lights up on your map with the photo on your page right away. When you tap Make my video, your photos become a vertical video memento in a few minutes, ready to post or download.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Mementag runs in the browser on any phone; scanning the code is the whole setup. An event that has its own app can run Mementag inside it as a web view.
Is Mementag free for attendees?
Yes. There is no cost to attendees. The event and its sponsors fund Mementag, and their placements are part of the experience: a sponsor presents a stop, appears in the video, and has a place on your page.
Can I win prizes?
Mementag is built for it. Any spot can unlock an offer when you scan it, a hidden spot can be the one everyone is looking for, and completing the map can open a bigger reward. What's on offer is up to the event; the video and your page come with every Mementag.
What happens after the event?
Mementag is designed to extend show connections with attendees and their network. Your page stays with you: the video, every photo, the vendors and sponsors you met at each spot with a link to each, and the event's own links. The day keeps working after the doors close: a contact to follow up with, a booth to find again, a photo worth posting a week later, and every time you share it, the event reaches the people you know. Every return visit and share counts for the event and its sponsors.
What happens to my photos?
They are yours. Every photo can be saved to your phone from your page, your page is private to its link, and a Delete everything link removes all of it. Sponsors and organizers see totals only, never your photos. A sponsor sees your email only when you choose to reach out to them from your page.
Who is Mementag for?
Trade shows, conferences, festivals, and destinations that want attendees to explore and share the day. The organizer places the signs; Mementag handles the rest. Sponsors get a Presented by placement on a stop, in the video, and on every attendee's page, with the views and taps counted.
Where can I see Mementag in use?
Mementag's first public run is at RE+ 2026 in Las Vegas, November 17 to 19, 2026.
Who makes Mementag?
Mementag is powered by DigiSnax in partnership with Channel Marker Strategies.
